An Educational and Neuropsychology Service For Children and Young People
What is Psychology?
Psychology is about how people think, feel and behave. It is about how they learn, how they understand, how they develop, how they communicate and use their ideas and skills as individuals and as members of groups.

What is Neuropsychology?
Neuropsychology is about how an individual’s own personal neurological make up makes them learn, behave and function in the world; the essential relationship between brain and behaviour. It is particularly important in assessing children and young people with congenital or acquired brain damage.

What is Educational Psychology?
Educational psychology is about how children develop and learn both at home and at school. It is about the special educational needs they may have as a result of difficulties they are experiencing in their lives and, most importantly, it is about how to meet those needs.
